Our Professional Services teams
Our commercial teams enable us to get the best products to the right people at the right time. So, there’s a variety of opportunities for you to build a successful career. In Supply Chain, you’ll be a mover and shaker, ensuring we get products to our customers quickly and effectively. In Product Development, you could be creating the next must-have products. Or you might work with our advanced operations in Australia, China and India, helping to bring new, innovative solutions to market. Whatever your role, you’ll help keep Nisbets at the forefront of our industry.
We ensure that Nisbets has healthy finances and the right controls, so the business continues to thrive. Join our Financial Accounting team and you’ll ensure we meet all statutory requirements, while in Management Accounting, you’ll be supporting effective business planning and forecasting. Or you could help to keep our day-to-day finances running smoothly, in invoice processing, credit control, cashflow management, or managing our bank balances.

Technology and Business Change
Our Technology and Business Change function serves to provide support, coordination, management and leadership to the wider business. We enable and consistently improve technologies across the business to enable data-led decision making, aim to provide innovative, connected and sustainable technology environments and services where business can occur anytime and anyplace.
Our technology solutions add value to our business, enable growth and flexibility, and transform our customer and employee experiences. It’s high profile, varied and challenging work. The next three years will see Nisbets adopt cloud technologies to build great agility; focus on resiliency to ensure we’re always there for our customers; and explore instore technologies to enable colleagues to offer the best customer experience.
Nisbets is a great place to start your legal career. As a Legal Advocate, you’ll be helping to develop our compliance and governance frameworks, so we always comply with our legal obligations. We’ll also give you all the support you need to take either the CILEX route or the Solicitors Qualifying Exams. Once you’ve qualified, you’ll become a Legal Counsel, which opens up lots of doors to a range of work, such as mergers and acquisitions or commercial contracts.

In our contact centre it starts with our induction programme and being allocated a buddy. If you’re a new manager, we have a number of training opportunities to help you develop your leadership skills. Whatever team you join, you’ll also have training in all our internal software.
Developing your skills
We have a wide variety of different opportunities for you to develop your skills as you progress your career at Nisbets. Whatever level you join us at, you’ll also find a range of coaching programmes and training courses to help you build on your abilities. From on-the-job training and e-learning modules to job rotations and internal courses, you’re bound to find something to suit you.
