Our field sales teams are at the sharp end of Nisbets, meeting major national and regional customers at their premises and spotting sales opportunities.
The nature of their businesses sometimes means we can’t do that online or by phone – we need to be there to see what’s needed. So, it’s about using our personal skills and commercial nous to understand their businesses and build strong relationships. It’s about having a structured, but entrepreneurial approach. And it’s about always focusing on the customer, so we have a positive impact on their business.
