At the sharp end

Our field sales teams are at the sharp end of Nisbets, meeting major national and regional customers at their premises and spotting sales opportunities.

The nature of their businesses sometimes means we can’t do that online or by phone – we need to be there to see what’s needed. So, it’s about using our personal skills and commercial nous to understand their businesses and build strong relationships. It’s about having a structured, but entrepreneurial approach. And it’s about always focusing on the customer, so we have a positive impact on their business.

Internal Sales Team

Working in one of our Internal Sales Teams, you will be the backbone of the sales function, servicing our customers in support to the Field Sales Team.

You will develop long and lasting relationships with our customers and operate In very much the same way, getting to know your customers business and supporting their plans for growth with a tailored advice. It’s all about collaboration, sharing Information, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service to solve their challenges.

And spotting sales triggers to turn small opportunities into something more.
