Retail Sales Advisor
 
This is a fantastic and unique opportunity for a Retail Sales Advisor to work in our Flagship Store, the NCEC (National Catering Equipment Centre). This is an impressive showroom which displays our full range of products, with a demo kitchen which regularly hosts events for our suppliers and customers. It is always a hive of activity, and no two days are the same. We actively encourage every opportunity to engage with our customers, be that in store, on the phone or email. We are looking for a Retail Sales Advisor 40 hours a week, across 5 days, there will be some weekend and bank holiday working.

What will I be doing as a Retail Sales Advisor?

  • You’ll be the foundation of the store so customer focus will be your number priority offering a welcoming experience for all that enter the store
  • You’ll spend time with our customers giving them support and advice on their purchasing needs
  • You’ll get to know your local community and spend time contacting them to raise awareness of your store and the vast range of products we stock, always encouraging them to come and visit
  • You’ll contact previous customers of the store to let them know about special promotions and new product lines
  • You’ll produce quotes for large and more complex orders and track those through to completion
