Warehouse Team Leader – Avonmouth, Bristol
Shift - 1pm - 10pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
About the role
Within our busy Warehouse based at Access 18 in Avonmouth we are looking for a new Team Leader to successfully lead and manage a team of Warehouse Operatives. You will coach, motivate and develop your team to ensure you deliver operational targets, such as productivity, on a daily basis. Crucially you will also drive a culture of health and safety within your team and the wider warehouse by leading by example to help us achieve our target of zero H&S incidents. You will hold daily team meetings ensuring they are aware of what is expected of them, and provide updates on anything which many affect their role.
To apply for this role you will have previous warehouse and people management experience. You will be a strong communicator who is able to inspire and motivate and team by leading by example and setting high standards. You will be dedicated and committed with a focus on delivery, whilst always ensuring health and safety is at the forefront of all activity.
