Senior Marketing Coordinator – Avonmouth, Bristol

About the role

Working in our marketing team, the Senior Marketing Coordinator will ensure the success of our marketing strategy by detailing and owning the overall marketing plan and setting realistic and achievable timelines for the work streams within it.  This isn't a creative role but acts as the glue holding the team and campaigns together to ensure that things land at suitable and appropriate times to maximise their impact and chances of success.    

You will clearly communicate milestones and progress to key stakeholders of the marketing plan to make sure that all functions are aligned as much as possible.  You will also establish, evolve and own the campaign process, working in conjunction with other marketing teams, channels and business functions.

Other aspects of the role will include; establishing key performance metrics for the campaign process and applying learnings to drive continual process improvement, coordinating with various teams and departments to forecast impact, plan resource and assess how best to implement strategy effectively and monitoring resource, budget and customer journey conflicts across activities, escalating where required with stakeholders and supporting with conflict resolution. 

About you

To apply for this role you will have strong organisational and project management skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.  You will have developed stakeholder and relationship management skills with the ability to influence others from within marketing and also the wider business.  Previous marketing experience would be advantageous but project management skills are essential.  You will have developed Excel skills and be analytical and commercial.
