Regional Heavy Catering Equipment (HCE) Manager – Netherlands, Eindhoven 

About the Role 

We are looking for a Regional Heavy Catering Equipment (HCE) Manager to execute the category plans for the Global HCE Strategy at a regional level and achieve budgeted revenue, profit and margin. 

We have really ambitious plans to grow the HCE range and commercial success of the category and it is a very exciting time to be joining the business. You will help to drive performance against Category performance metrics for customers (AOV, AOF, acquisition), Web (traffic and conversion), Inventory (turns, Bad & Excess, availability, stock profile), Suppliers (COGS reduction, OTIF, total Contribution EUR) and own brand share & growth. Other aspects of the role will include, leading the Regional HCE strategic relationship with Key Category brands and suppliers, as well as process improvement. 

The role will be based in Eindhoven 3 days a week with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week which makes the role accessible for those not based locally.

About you

To apply for this role, you will have a demonstrable background within category management. You will have driven change and be able demonstrate where you have owned, delivered and executed a clear category management strategy. You will thrive in a fast-paced FMCG business and be comfortable working with ambiguity and change. You will be commercially astute, have strong relationship management, negotiation and project management skills.  You will also have an understanding of cross-cultural/ global issues and ideally worked in a matrix organisation.

Due to the nature of this position, you will need to be fluent in English.
