Media Production Coordinator – Avonmouth, Bristol

About the role

In this new and interesting role you will be responsible for the administration, organisation and co-ordination of work involved in producing the commercial photography and video used across our websites.  This is a busy time for us as we aim evolve the imagery used on our sites, you will therefore be involved in supporting the delivery of multiple projects at the same time within given timescales.  You will work with in-house teams and also collaborate with outside agencies to help produce a world class media asset library. 

Other aspects of the role will include- 

  • Preparing schedules, shot lists, video scripts, logs, running orders and other planning material in preparation for pre and post production
  • Working with wider marketing department to develop mood boards for bespoke shoots, outside of business as usual requirements
  • Managing our YouTube accounts with video uploads, content optimisation, links and staying abreast of the platform’s evolution for future development purposes
  • Setting up the production studio with necessary photography equipment, props, products and models where necessary
  • Organising travel arrangements for production crew and all attendees to off-site photo shoots
  • Importing and exporting images using asset management tools (STEP, Percolate)

About you

As the Media Production Coordinator you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience of using MS Office, particularly Excel. 

You will be highly organsied and ideally have experience from within a similar role.  Previous media experience/ qualification would also be beneficial.
