Key Account Manager - Belgium North 

As a Key Account Manager your focus will be on visiting existing customers and presenting Nisbets to new large potential customers. You are responsible for ensuring that our customers are fully aware of the services and offers of Nisbets. The focus will be on regions and organizations where a visit will yield the greatest benefit and financial return.

What exactly are you going to do?

  • Attract new business where you will build and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date reports with the most important sales data within set business terms.
  • You investigate market trends and business developments and on that basis you come up with opportunities that you proactively share during meetings with your supervisor and colleagues.
  • You plan your appointments within the region that you have been designated to generate ideal sales opportunities in an effective and efficient manner.
  • You maintain regular contact with your colleagues to ensure that you provide the customer with the correct product information and quotes.
  • To steer all of the above in the right direction, you have a number of administrative actions that logically belong to it.

Your profile

You are driven and proactive and with all your flexibility you can, in contact with the customer, adjust at lightning speed and meet the customer's needs. A professional, agile and a good negotiator, because you will communicate at all levels. Naturally you therefore have excellent communication skills that are visible, both in writing, verbally and in the way you present yourself and Nisbets.

Knowledge and experience:

  • We think that 5 years of experience in a comparable role may be the minimum;
  • You have the computer skills that fit this time;
  • You have achieved a number of demonstrable successes in this role;
  • Education is not a strict requirement but the level of understanding must be at HBO / WO;
  • You speak Dutch, English and French fluently.
