Internal Sales Manager – Avonmouth, Bristol

A unique opening has become available for an Internal Sales Manager to join Nisbets and lead our highly ambitious, energetic and developing Internal Sales teams to maximise sales and generating revenue for the business.

Within this position, you will be successfully leading and developing our growing Outbound Internal Sales team of Internal Sales Executives. You will be closely working with the Head of Internal Sales, as well as your team leaders and field sales functions to set sales targets/objectives and develop sales strategies and implement them across your sales team.

Our Internal Sales Executives are focused on making outbound calls through to their region of customers. They focus on growing and maintaining business relationships and ensuring their customer base are fully up to date with current Nisbets products and range.

About the role

  • You’ll agree sales targets and manage the Sales team to achieve/exceed sales targets whilst achieving the overall margin target
  • You’ll be accountable for day to day sales operations including upskilling/coaching and motivating the team to be at their best
  • You will develop effective sales strategy and ensure its timely implementation
  • You’ll review the recruitment, development and training of all sales colleagues and if required change to meet current business needs.
  • You’ll hold monthly performance reviews setting smart objectives

About you

To apply for the Internal Sales Manager, you will have experience of leading and developing an internal sales/outbound sales teams. You will be a confident communicator, who is ambitious and efficient with implementing sales strategies and development across your teams.
