Graduate Web Designer – Bristol
About the role
Within our Ecommerce department we are looking for a Web Designer to create HTML and email content and artwork to focus on our growing digital. Sitting within the Web Creative team, alongside other digital designers, and part of the overall Web Technical Services team, the successful candidate will be responsible for working on our suite of sites as well as promotional emails. Other aspects of the role will include building static content pages and artworking these pages.
This is a fast paced and challenging role which would suit an individual who has strong HTML and Photoshop skills. You will have strong working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 with strong design and technical skills. You will also have an interest in and understanding of current trends including specifics on HTML creation for web and email differences. The role would suit a recent graduate in a relevant discipline (e.g Graphic Communication) or someone with equivalent experience who is looking to take their first steps within a design focused role in a growing organisation.
