Data & Aftercare Advisor (9 Month Maternity Cover) – Avonmouth, Bristol

Within our Customer Database and Quality Care Team we have a great opportunity to join the business as a Data & Aftercare Advisor. Reporting to the Customer Database Quality Care Team Manager and working within the Marketing team, you will be contacting customers in the UK, to check records are up to date. As well as making outbound calls, you will deal with incoming customer queries and emails.

We are looking for a pro-active team player, self-motivated with a good eye for detail and have experience of working in a customer-focused environment to a high standard.

About the role

  • You’ll be contacting existing customers accounts to verify and amend account information accordingly
  • You will manage and update data spreadsheets
  • You’ll manage all communications relating to customer account enquiries
  • You'll input of data and verification or new accounts within the Maginus system
  • You will handle customers calls/emails/letters relating to catalogue mailings
  • Undertaking additional tasks when required.

About you

  • Excellent communication and call handling skills
  • Attention to detail producing good and consistent standard of work
  • Proven track record of providing good levels of customer service
  • Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy
