About the role
As part of our exciting growth plans you’ll work with our expert multi-disciplinary team, delivering digital services from our UK headquarters. You'll be a champion of the customer, have a passion for creating digital products that our customers will love and which support our strategic objectives.
This role is fundamental in developing best in class digital user experiences, it informs our optimisation and development work-streams, providing the data driven rationale for our design decisions. You will research user flows and interactions to highlight key areas for improvement and must be an expert in combining qualitative and quantitative data to build a 360 view of our digital UX.
You will enjoy working in a collaborative environment with our designers and developers to help inform the teams wire-framing and prototyping output. You’ll have an excellent knowledge of digital analytics tools and their best practice usage, with solid commercial experience of A/B test tools, session recording, heat-mapping, and experience creating custom reports and segmentations. The role holder will be comfortable presenting their ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
As the CRO Analyst you will have a good technical understanding of analytics tools, knowing how to configure and use them to get the answers required. We'll put some great tools at your disposal so you can plan, design and conduct research activities to obtain a deep understanding of our customers. Your research activities will include planning and commissioning A/B and Multivariate Tests and planning and conducting user research.
To apply for the role you will have previous experience within an ecommerce role with a focus on analytics. You will have knowledge of at least one digital analytics platform (such as Google Analytics) and experience of building reports for session recording tools such as Tealeaf.
