Contact Centre Manager - Avonmouth, Bristol

About the role

As Contact Centre you will effectively motivate and develop the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, first time every time.  You will also drive through cultural transformation to increase sales through excellent customer engagement and create and implement a sales focused environment whilst ensuring world class customer service at all times. 

You will lead your team providing regular coaching and development, focusing on quality and consistency, continually supporting Nisbets’ profile as a market leader and relentlessly supporting our customers to do great things. 

About you

To apply for this role you will have previous experience from within a similar Contact Centre Manager position, ideally from within a sales and service environment.  You will be a strong people manager with excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.  You will be able to work cross functionally and collaboratively and have the gravitas to design and implement strategies and projects.
